A panel of professionals guiding a school in tune with the market

The rapidly evolving field of information technology requires us to constantly reassess and adapt our teaching methods.

/ Advisory Board

ÉSTIAM’s Strategic Advisory Committee serves as its Advisory Council.

Reporting to the director of the training organization offering apprenticeship programs, the council examines and discusses matters related to the organization and operation of the apprenticeship training center (CFA), particularly concerning:

  • The educational project;

  • General conditions for welcoming and supporting apprentices, including those with disabilities, as well as the promotion of gender diversity and both national and international mobility;

  • The organization and delivery of training programs;

  • General conditions for the preparation and ongoing professional development of instructors;

  • The organization of relationships between host companies and the training center;

  • Proposed agreements to create an apprenticeship training unit or partnerships with educational institutions, training organizations, or companies that may provide instruction normally delivered by the CFA;

  • Investment projects;

  • Annual published information, particularly regarding graduation rates and apprenticeship contract termination rates (Articles R6231-3 and R6231-4 of the French Labor Code).

The Advisory Council is chaired by the director of the training organization or their representative. However, for apprenticeship centers attached to public local institutions for agricultural education and training, the council elects its chair from among representatives of employer and employee organizations external to the CFA.

The CFA’s internal regulations define the operating procedures of the Advisory Council and the process for appointing its members (Article R6231-5 of the French Labor Code).
